For private hosts
The software for people renting out their own home
One home, or two. Fewer spreadsheets and reminders, more time for guests: ebeb handles calendar, paperwork and messages for you.
Less paperwork, happier guests
Ready in ten minutes
Add your home, paste the Booking.com and Airbnb calendar links and you are up and running.
No more double bookings
Dates taken on one portal close on the others. If you try to overlap a stay, ebeb stops you.
Tourist tax worked out
Set your municipality’s rules once: maximum nights, exemptions, amount. ebeb does the maths.
Police registration data in order
For every stay you register guests with the data the Questura asks for.
Automatic messages
Arrival instructions and thank-you notes go out on their own, in the guest’s language.
No commission
A small fixed fee, and guests pay you directly.
Try it on your home
Fourteen days free, no credit card. A sample home is already there to show you how it works.
